Subscription and recurring service cancellation policy

Texas Growth Co. offers certain services as monthly subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided at checkout at the price and billing frequency disclosed before purchase, until the subscription is paused or canceled.

Renewal reminders

We will send a reminder email approximately 10 days before each scheduled recurring payment to the email address associated with your subscription. The reminder will identify the upcoming payment and provide ways to contact us, pause service, or cancel the subscription.

Canceling or pausing

You may pause or cancel at any time through the subscription-management link in your order or account emails, through your customer account when available, or by emailing hello@texasgrowthco.com. We will not require you to call or visit in person to cancel.

A pause or cancellation submitted before the next scheduled charge takes effect for that upcoming billing cycle. If a charge has already been processed, the change takes effect for the following billing cycle unless applicable law requires otherwise. We will confirm completed pause and cancellation requests by email.

Service period and refunds

Recurring charges pay for the upcoming monthly service period. Amounts already charged are generally non-refundable once work for that service period has begun. If we have not started work for the newly charged period, contact us promptly and we will review the request. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

Changes to plans or pricing

We will provide advance notice before making a material change to your recurring price, billing frequency, or included services. Continued service after the effective date of an accepted change constitutes authorization for the updated terms where permitted by law.
